ARB endeavours to understand the challenges of operating a busy charity retail chain and the demands on individual charity shops. We believe that with collectively over 40 years of direct charity retailing experience within the company that ARB is uniquely positioned within the recycling sector to provide an excellent level of service and professionalism.


There are certain reasons why we believe you should think of using ARB for your recycling needs:



ARB collects from over 1400 shops, ranging from National Chains, to local Hospice Chains, through to individual charity shops. Weekly collections can be single, multiple as the need of a shop dictates and regular “Emergency” rounds are provided.


All methods of payment can be offered and full collection reconciliation information is provided accurately and promptly.


Our fleet of vans are either new or less than 3 years old and all tracked, with all vehicles and staff being clearly liveried. Tracking of vehicles ensures that swift changes and communication with shops is achieved and any issues known very quickly.


ARB offers sector leading prices, which are fully sustainable and based on careful business modelling and cost control. The ethos of the company is to have longevity of relationship with its clients and customers and with strong, transparent pricing and excellent service ARB rarely loses any clients.


ARB operates from 3 sites, namely Erith in North Kent, Worcester & Exeter and is one of the largest “collector only” recycling companies in the UK.
